BRIDGEWATER, FRANCIS HENRY EGERTON, 8TH EARL OF
   educated for the Church, bequeathed £8000 for the best work on natural theology, which his trustees expended in the production of eight works by different eminent men, called "Bridgewater Treatises," all to be found in Bohn's Scientific Library (1758-1829).
